Tap into Traditional Chinese Medicine with ear seeds at Portland Yoga Project on August 20th at 6:30pm prior to Yoga for Core & Pelvic Floor!

Come to class early (6:30-6:45pm) and experience mindful movement with the soothing benefits of acupressure. Using small vaccaria plant seeds placed on key points along the ear, ear seeds stimulate areas of the body to promote relaxation, reduce stress, relieve pain, balance hormones, and more. Non-invasive and easy to use, ear seeds stay in place for 3-5 days, providing continuous support throughout your day. Whether you’re seeking relaxation, energy, or overall body support, ear seeds are the perfect complementary tool to leave you feeling grounded and balanced.
