Careers at Root To Rise
Our Team
We are a small but mighty close-knit interdisciplinary team of highly skilled and passionate physical therapists, acupuncturists and yoga instructors. We work together with a mission to provide the compassionate, individualized care that our patients deserve.
We are clinicians, educators, and advocates for our patients and within our community. And we have fun while we're doing it.
What We Believe In
Patient centered 1:1 care: We provide 90 minute evaluations and hour-long treatment sessions, with more focus on patient care (and less on insurance documentation) We value a lifelong relationship with our patients and strive to provide compassionate pelvic health care across a lifespan with a focus on finding and treating the ROOT cause that leads to lasting relief and resilience.
Growing together: 1:1 mentorship, team clinical training, journal club, provider rounds, continuing education benefits, team events, retreats and outings, and a leadership team who cares about each team member’s career goals and success is all included.
Collaboration: We work closely and alongside like minded complementary providers within our space including; perinatal mental health therapists, midwives, personal trainers and reiki practitioners. We also provide pelvic health therapy within a midwifery birth center in Bath, ME.
Supporting each other: Providers meet regularly as a group to discuss complex cases and communicate and share ideas about patient care. We believe we are better together and we are so lucky to learn with and from each other. Receiving treatments and services within our practice is encouraged and supported and part of employee benefits.
