From I-295, take the exit 2 for Scarbrough/Route 1 S. Continue on Route 1 and you will pass Lois’s Natural Foods on the left and Martin’s Point Healthcare on the right. At that light, take a left onto Portland Farms Road. Then take the first right into the parking lot. We are suite #3 next to Casco Bay Eyecare. You are free to park anywhere in the lot.
