Move through a series of gentle, supported postures that are designed to help you move safely throughout each trimester of your pregnancy. This class is led by a pelvic floor physical therapist and perinatal yoga teacher allows you to form a deeper connection with your body and baby, helps you develop a better understanding of your changing body and prepare for an optimal delivery.
This is also a wonderful opportunity to connect with other's who are expecting and build your community! $18 drop in.
