  • Pelvic floor anatomy + function — in a clear, “why did no one explain it like this before?” kind of way

  • Common signs of dysfunction — think leakage, heaviness, pain, constipation, diastasis, and more

  • When it’s time to reach out for support — and what pelvic floor therapy actually looks like

  • Simple tools you can start using right away — breath work, alignment tips, and gentle strategies to help your pelvic floor feel more balanced and supported
