Your New Ritual for Rest & Recovery at Root To Rise.
Introducing the Sunlighten mPulse Infrared Sauna
We've added a Sunlighten mPulse infrared sauna to our clinic and wellness center, giving you a new way to support your recovery and overall wellness in between (or alongside) your visits with us.
Unlike a traditional steam sauna, infrared heat warms your body directly rather than just heating the air around you. This promotes a deeply relaxing session at a more comfortable temperature.
Many clients use their sauna time to support relaxation, ease muscle tension, encourage circulation, and simply relax and unwind.
Sessions are private: it's just you (or you and a guest) in the room for the full appointment.
Choose Your Session
Solo Session $40 A private, one-person session. Great for a quiet reset on your own schedule.
Shared Session $55 Bring a partner, friend, or family member and share the experience together (up to 2 people).
Both options book into a 60-minute appointment: time to settle in, up to 45 minutes of sauna time (you choose how long feels right), and a few minutes after to cool down, refresh and get ready to head out.
Save With a Session Pack!
Sauna regulars can save with a solo session pack:
5-Pack — $180 ($36 per session)
10-Pack — $340 ($34 per session)
Packs never expire, so use them at your own pace.
What to Expect
Before your visit First-time clients will receive a short consent and health waiver by email to complete before your session. This only takes a few minutes and is a one-time step. Sauna sessions are available to clients 18 and older.
When you arrive Head to our waiting room and make yourself comfortable and help yourself to coffee, tea, or water while you wait. A team member will come get you and walk you back to the sauna room when it's time for your session.
What to wear Please plan to wear a bathing suit or other comfortable clothing during your session, and we require all clients to sit on a towel the entire time (even while dressed).
In the room We provide complimentary cold water and towels. Feel free to bring your own towel if you prefer. A yoga mat is also available if you'd like to stretch before or after your time in the sauna. Face mist and deodorant wipes are on hand to help you freshen up afterward (please note: there is no shower on-site).
