Join Lydia Libby, CYT for a 60 minute Yin Yoga class. Practice the art of slowing down, connecting to your breath and moving towards a state of embodiment. In the practice of yin yoga, we invite a gentle stress of the connective tissues and the energetic yin meridian paths of the body. Yin postures are held for long periods of time to deepen the stretch of the connective tissues with the use of props to find your edge of resistance.
