Strength for ME is an 8-week strength and mobility program lead by Rachel Pelletier of Mamabear Fitness designed to help you feel stronger and more confident in your movements. Think of this as your weekly movement “vitamin.”
Each class will focus on the fundamentals of basic strength training, breathing, and posture, while integrating progressions along the way. Open to all levels of fitness. Prenatal and Postpartum friendly!
