Center & Strength Flow is a slow-flow yoga class designed to gently build heat while helping you deepen your connection to your center and move with greater stability, ease, and confidence. Guided by Dr. Jenn Gelfand—pelvic floor physical therapist and owner of Root To Rise PT & Pelvic Health—you’ll explore breath-centered movement, thoughtful alignment, and intentional sequencing that supports deep-core awareness and functional, whole-body strength.
This class promotes spine and pelvic health, enhances everyday movement patterns, and helps you cultivate resilience from the inside out.
It’s accessible for all levels, including beginners, pregnant and postpartum students, and those returning to practice after injury.
