Heather Lundin
Heather’s passion for movement and holistic wellness has guided her life’s path for many years. With a background in gymnastics and a deep appreciation for the mind-body connection, she has explored a wide range of holistic healing practices, becoming a yoga and dance instructor, health coach, nurse, and herbalist along the way. Her work is grounded in the belief that movement, breath, and mindful living can support healing and whole-body well-being. She currently teaches various forms of yoga including prenatal, gentle, chair, and kid’s yoga. Heather’s teaching style is rooted in honoring the body’s inherent wisdom and the healing power of breath and mindful movement. She creates nurturing, accessible experiences that support balance, connection, and overall well-being for students of all ages and stages of life.

Sara Crosby
Sara is a certified yoga teacher with additional certifications in prenatal, postpartum, and children’s yoga. She is also a trained doula. Sara has a background in family services and early childhood education and loves supporting other women in their motherhood journey. Yoga has been a supportive part of her own motherhood journey, and has helped her show up as the healthy, gentle, and present mother she wants to be. Sara is a full-time stay at home mom and lives in Gorham with her husband and son and their two cats. She loves spending time in nature, reading, embroidery, ballet class, and the occasional spa day with friends.

Cassie Yasko
Cassandra is a yoga, dance, and movement instructor with over 15 years of teaching experience. With specialized training in prenatal yoga, trauma-sensitive yoga, teen yoga, and inclusive movement practices, she is passionate about helping people build strength, confidence, and connection through movement. Drawing from both her professional training and personal experiences with pregnancy, postpartum recovery, and injury rehabilitation, Cassandra creates supportive, welcoming classes that encourage each individual to move in ways that honor their unique body and journey.

Ameyna Cryts
Ameyna is a certified Pilates instructor who found her love for movement after taking a spontaneous class in 2020. That class inspired her to become fully certified in 2024. She loves making movement fun and challenging, with her “pulse for 10” moments that really get you working. Originally from Maryland, Ameyna now lives in Maine with her husband and a bunch of pets, including two pups.

Carole Wyche
This class is taught by our skilled and compassionate Lead Acupuncturist, whose deep knowledge of Traditional Chinese Medicine informs each session. Her intuitive and integrative approach bridges Eastern wisdom and modern wellness, offering a unique opportunity to explore Tai Chi as both a physical and energetic practice.

Holly Martzial
With over a decade of experience teaching movement and fitness, Holly Martzial blends intelligent sequencing with mindfulness and perspective. Trained in vinyasa, restorative, pre- and postnatal yoga, barre, and mat-based strength, she draws from each modality to inform her modern approach to teaching movement. No stranger to the balancing act of career, family, and self-care, Holly’s first hand understanding of what it takes to show up consistently fuels her passion for holding space for others to do the same. Her classes emphasize functional movement, introspection, and realism that connects what happens on the mat to life beyond it.

Dr. Jenn Gelfand
Jenn is a yoga instructor, pelvic health physical therapist, owner of Root To Rise, and lifelong movement educator. She believes yoga is most impactful when it is accessible, functional, and adaptable to every body. With over 18 years of experience as a physical therapist and extensive training in yoga, pelvic health, and functional movement, Jenn brings a unique perspective that blends anatomy, breath, mindfulness, and movement into every class. Whether teaching prenatal yoga, all-levels flow, or continuing education for movement professionals, her goal is to help students and teachers move with confidence, reduce pain, and build sustainable practices that support lifelong health and well-being.

April Howard
April Howard is the founder of Heal Baby Heal, where she helps individuals reduce stress, regulate their nervous systems, and reconnect with a greater sense of calm and well-being. Drawing from her own journey with anxiety and chronic panic attacks, April combines mindfulness, yoga, sound healing, Reiki, and nervous system education to support whole-person healing. Her compassionate approach blends evidence-informed practices with holistic care, empowering clients to move beyond survival mode and cultivate resilience, balance, and inner peace.

Alayna Lynn
As a birth and postpartum doula, childbirth educator, prenatal yoga and barre instructor, and Spinning Babies® Certified Parent Educator, and owner of The Passage Doula, she is passionate about helping growing families feel informed, supported, and confident throughout pregnancy, birth, and postpartum. With a background in nutrition and a commitment to evidence-based, inclusive care, she empowers families to make decisions that align with their values. Her warm, approachable teaching style creates a welcoming space to learn, ask questions, and prepare for birth with confidence.
